Education: Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a strategic credit transformation program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Develop and execute end-to-end program plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Business & IT) and manage vendor relationships.
• Engage senior stakeholders and executive sponsors, ensuring constant communication and alignment.
• Provide expert input on credit policies, credit operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues; implement contingency plans.
• Drive change management efforts and ensure adoption of new credit processes and technologies.
• Ensure full compliance with internal and external regulations and policies.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical & Business Expertise:
• 10+ years in program management, preferably in credit transformation in the banking sector.
• In-depth knowledge of the E2E credit value chain , including risk, operations, and policy.
• Proficient in Project Management methodologies : Agile, PMBOK, Prince2.
• Strong MS Office and workflow process skills; familiarity with banking IT systems.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
