Discover your exciting role As a (Senior) Production Technician (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the precise assembly, orbital welding, and TIG welding of components and media supply systems for ultrapure gases under cleanroom conditions. You will work reliably according to technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards, thereby making a significant contribution to dependable, on-time, and high-quality series production. Your technical expertise and high quality standards will also support the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. Explore your tasks and responsibilities • Performing orbital and TIG manual welding in compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., accident prevention regulations; welding regulations) with pipe diameters from 2 mm to 25.4 mm and micro fittings • Assembling components and media supply systems for ultrapure gases while adhering to quality and deadline specifications in series production • Manufacturing based on technical drawings and work instructions • Working in cleanroom conditions and adhering to cleanroom regulations regarding order and cleanliness • Contributing ideas for the continuous improvement of daily operations Show your expertise • Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., plant fitter, plant mechanic, or specialist for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning) • Relevant professional experience in welding processes, especially experience in orbital welding, is advantageous • Good German skills, basic English skills are an advantage • Class B driver's license • Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings • Basic technical knowledge and spatial reasoning skills What we offer you • Respectful and appreciative corporate culture • 30 days of vacation • Corporate benefits • JobBike • JobTicket • Wellpass • Benefits for personal occasions • Employee referral program • Company events Contact: You want to be part of the Exentec team?
