Key Responsibilities Lead all sterile production activities and ensure manufacturing targets are achieved. Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand and capacity requirements. Optimize productivity, reduce downtime, and improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISO, and internal quality requirements. Manage departmental budgets and control operational costs, along with Identifying opportunities for productivity and cost improvements Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. An MBA is preferred. 15+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in sterile production operations. 3+ years in a managerial leadership role.
