Working closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams, you will help shape product direction, manage delivery priorities, and ensure successful execution of the product vision. You will act as a subject matter expert for your product area while championing Agile best practices across multiple squads.
• Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritise product initiatives.
• Gather requirements from customers and stakeholders and translate them into detailed user stories and epics.
• Own and manage product backlogs across multiple products and squads.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support prioritisation activities.
• Work closely with Scrum Masters to understand team capacity, velocity, and release planning.
• Define acceptance criteria, "Definition of Ready," and "Definition of Done."
• Create acceptance tests and support quality assurance activities.
• Monitor product development progress throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate backlog refinement and ensure delivery aligns with business priorities.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for assigned products.
• Support release planning and work closely with engineering teams on Agile and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and creative teams to ensure successful product launches, communications, and training.
• Facilitate customer workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Maintain and manage Jira and Confluence documentation.
• Drive alignment across teams through effective communication and structured thinking.
