If you're looking for a place where your work has real reach - and where your growth is part of the deal - this is it. Discover more about Lucanet as an employer. The Role As a Senior Product Owner & Business Analyst at Lucanet, you'll sit where product direction meets delivery: shaping what we build and why , then owning the requirements that turn it into working software. You'll be the strategic connector between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating complex ideas into a clear, prioritised path forward for our Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform. You'll take full ownership of two things that usually live apart: the product backlog for your teams, and the end-to-end requirements lifecycle behind it. That means deciding what matters most, sequencing it against real business value, and making sure every requirement is complete, unambiguous, and testable, so we reduce costly rework and ship with quality at speed. This role suits an experienced Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Requirements Engineer who's worked hands-on in an agile product environment and wants both halves of the job: the strategy of prioritisation and the craft of requirements. If you like owning a backlog and getting the details exactly right, and you want to deepen your expertise in a SaaS transformation setting within a market-leading organisation, this is the place to grow.   What you'll do Drive requirements excellence by analysing and documenting all requirement types (Business, Stakeholder, Functional, and Non-Functional) using interviews, workshops, document reviews, and competitive analysis. Own and prioritise the backlog for two scrum teams, sequencing work against business value so the team is always building the highest-impact thing next. Create high‑quality documentation including BRDs, SRS/FRS specifications, use cases, and user stories that meet organisational standards and industry best practices. Model processes and systems through clear UML and BPMN diagrams (e.g., Activity, Sequence, Class, and State Machine) to ensure a shared understanding of product behaviour across teams. Lead stakeholder engagement by running independent discovery sessions, validating requirements, resolving ambiguities, and constructively challenging assumptions to improve clarity and alignment. Manage change efficiently , overseeing requirement updates throughout the SDLC while applying structured change control processes and maintaining traceability. Ensure requirement quality by facilitating validation activities, participating in functional reviews, and ensuring all requirements are complete, consistent, testable, and aligned with delivery goals.   What you bring to the table SDLC Expertise - Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle , from discovery to delivery and change management. Proven hands‑on experience working within agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban). Product Ownership — Hands-on experience owning a backlog, prioritising against business value, and holding accountability for outcomes in an agile product setting. Requirements Mastery - Advanced skills in eliciting  Business
