You will work closely with Product Managers, engineers, forecasters, and operational stakeholders to drive data-driven insights, establish scalable processes, and ensure smooth product operations across data ingestion, forecasting, and dissemination. At the senior level, you will operate with high autonomy across complex problem spaces, shaping operational best practices, mentoring team members, and influencing ways of working beyond your immediate team — all in service of delivering reliable, citizen-centric weather services for Singapore. As a Product Ops Specialist or Senior Product Ops Specialist, you are accountable for managing operational aspects of one or more digital products from implementation and ongoing support through to continuous improvement. You develop operational strategies and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on product goals. You define operational requirements, prioritise improvements based on business impact, and ensure product operations run smoothly. At the senior level, you operate with high autonomy across a large or multi-product problem space — addressing complex, often unprecedented challenges, guiding others, and influencing practices beyond your immediate team.
