GovTech is looking for a Senior Product Ops Specialist / Product Ops Specialist to support the operational delivery of digital products under the Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS) Weather Services. You will work closely with Product Managers, engineers, forecasters, and operational stakeholders to drive data-driven insights, establish scalable processes, and ensure smooth product operations across data ingestion, forecasting, and dissemination. Champion the product intelligence infrastructure for your product area — dashboards, telemetry, feedback repositories and ensure insights are activated in decisions, not just displayed
Surface structured, actionable insights that feed directly into PM prioritisation, track metrics such as Insights Activation Rate and Feedback-to-Feature Conversion Rate
