Description
At Front Row, we partner with leading brands to accelerate their ecommerce growth. We leverage our capabilities and proprietary technology to design, market, distribute and accelerate brands on a global scale. As our first Senior Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d) for Catapult Analytics , you will drive the go-to-market motion from the ground up: translating complex product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with buyers, drive pipeline, and fuel adoption. While embedded in Front Row's central European Marketing team, you will focus on Catapult, building this discipline for the business, working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to position Catapult as the go-to analytics platform in our target market. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg. Responsibilities Positioning & Messaging You develop and own the core positioning framework, value propositions, and messaging hierarchy for Catapult Analytics across all customer segments and personas. You turn technical capabilities into clear, benefit-driven stories for buyers at every funnel stage. Go-to-Market Execution You lead GTM strategy and execution for new feature launches and major releases, from planning to roll-out and measuring impact. You partner with Product Management, feeding market and customer insights into the roadmap. You own competitive research (win/loss analysis, teardowns, and market monitoring) and monitor market trends to keep positioning ahead of the curve. Sales & Customer Success Enablement You're the storytelling partner for Sales and Customer Success, equipping them to sell Catapult's value with confidence at every stage of the customer journey. You run regular enablement sessions on positioning, competitive differentiation, and new product capabilities, and act as the go-to resource for deals where competitive positioning plays a key role. Customer & Market Insights You conduct buyer and win/loss research to sharpen the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and maintain persona profiles that guide product and marketing. You work with Customer Success to spot expansion and advocacy opportunities. Collaboration with Marketing You report to and closely collaborate with the central European marketing function, which provides supporting marketing staff and execution capacity. You act as the product marketing authority within the central marketing organization, briefing colleagues so every campaign and piece of content reflects accurate positioning. Metrics & Reporting You define and track PMM KPIs (win rates, sales cycle length, message resonance, content usage, launch success) and report impact to leadership. What Success Looks Like A successful PMM at Catapult Analytics is someone who drives how our product is understood — both internally and in the market. Success means that Sales and Customer Success teams speak about Catapult with clarity and confidence, consistently using a narrative that resonates with buyers and reflects real product value. It means the market knows who we are and why we're different. Ultimately, a successful PMM in this role moves the needle on business outcomes, meaning higher win rates, shorter sales cycles, stronger retention, through the power of positioning, and not through volume of output. This person builds a product marketing foundation that scales with the company and is seen as a strategic partner, not a support function. Requirements You bring at least 3–5 years of product marketing experience, mostly in B2B SaaS, and have taken SaaS products or features to market, from strategy through execution. You're comfortable working as an early-stage or "first PMM," building processes from scratch. You've worked cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and C
