If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where trust and impact matter, you’ll feel at home here.   About the Role Aircall is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team of customer-centric and collaborative PMMs. In this role, you will own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy & execution for one of Aircall's AI product lines, with a focus on our growing partner ecosystem. You will turn the roadmap into value that resonates with prospects & customers and arm Sales and Customer Success with the enablement material they need to win. Product Marketing sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and GTM. You will be a key member of a global, cross-functional team based across the US and Europe. This is a high-visibility role: you will work with Aircall's leadership team and have a real impact on the business. Your work here will directly shape how 22,000+ companies understand what Aircall's AI can do for them. You will have the ownership and the trust to move fast in doing it. Where you’ll work This role is based in our New York, NY office. We work hybrid, two days a week in office.  Key Responsibilities Own positioning and messaging for your product area, and make sure it ladders up to Aircall's overarching narrative, including verticalized messaging for key industries and segments. Talk directly to customers and use those conversations, plus market research, to sharpen messaging and inform the roadmap. Lead go-to-market for new feature releases: launch plans, enablement content, and the assets that carry your message (web copy, sales decks, case studies). Build and maintain battlecards so GTM teams always have the latest competitive info. Own the activation and engagement strategy for your product area, driving adoption through campaigns, in-app messaging, and lifecycle programs. Partner with our integrations and ecosystem teams where relevant. Help articulate the value of joint solutions across our partner ecosystem. Partner with product, marketing, enablement, data, and leadership to align on priorities and drive results. Monitor the effectiveness of your initiatives. Use data to optimize strategy and report progress to leadership on a regular cadence. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant work experience in tech or at a startup, including at least 3 years in Product Marketing.
