Why not join us? 🔎 What's in it for you We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a key product scope within the Wero mobile application, defining and driving a compelling product vision and strategic roadmap. You will play a central role in shaping the growth and user experience of the app, focusing on how users onboard, engage, and interact with the product on a daily basis, with a strong emphasis on product performance, conversion and user insights, translating data and feedback into impactful product decisions aligned with company objectives. 🐝 About the team You will be part of a Pan-European Product and Engineering team that operates in an Agile environment. You’ll work closely, and fully remotely, with experts in Product Management, Product Design, Software Engineers, QA and DevOps from Germany, France, the Netherlands, and other European locations. 💥 Your impact Product Leadership, Strategy & Vision: Set and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with company objectives Define and manage an overarching strategic roadmap for our initiative, including key milestones, features, and product enhancements Own and drive key product growth topics such as onboarding, user activation, engagement and retention within the mobile app. Prioritize features and product improvements based on user behavior, data insights, and business impact, with a strong focus on improving user experience, engagement and conversion. Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitor analysis, and user feedback through data-driven research to optimize and develop product performance Continuously report to the Head of Product about the current status of the product development cycle Internal and External Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and other teams to translate insights into actionable development tasks Collaborate closely with EPI member banks as key stakeholders, balancing product vision with external constraints and alignment needs. Make trade-offs between technical constraints and product features, ensuring alignment between engineering and product vision Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and customer support Represent EPI and its interests towards internal and external stakeholders 🕵🏻‍♀️ To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements +7 years of experience in product management, ideally in a fintech or in the payment industry Experience in developing and launching a consumer mobile app (iOS/Android) and managing, optimising app presence and performance across various app stores Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies and managing iterative development cycles to support Product Managers with their concrete planning and execution Outstanding communication and presentations skills to effectively convey information to executives and banks.
