Join us to advance our mission and shape your future with us today!     Learn more about GovTech at tech.gov.sg.   What You’ll Do  As a Senior Product Manager, you will build and evolve platforms that support teacher professional learning across Singapore’s education system — from early-stage AI-native learning experiences to large-scale platforms used by thousands of educators. You will work across products at different stages of maturity — from exploratory pilots (e.g. AI-enabled learning tools, knowledge systems) to core platforms embedded in daily teacher workflows (e.g. LMS, CMS, knowledge repositories).  You will:  Co-own the Vision and Roadmap  Shape the long-term direction of teacher professional learning platforms — from content discovery and knowledge management to collaborative learning and classroom practice improvement. Work closely with MOE HQ divisions, schools, and partner agencies to:  Define success in terms of teacher growth, classroom impact, and time saved Align product direction with Academy of Singapore Teachers and professional learning outcomes for educators Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable educator tools  Turn Learning into Impact  Identify the real problems beneath the brief — especially those tied to:  Time-to-feedback for teachers  Discoverability of high-quality teaching resources  Translation of learning into classroom practice  For early-stage products:  Prototype AI-enabled learning experiences (e.g. semantic search, RAG copilots, video annotation) Validate what actually improves teacher learning and behaviour change For mature platforms:  Improve end-to-end educator journeys (e.g. search → learn → apply → reflect) R Reduce friction in workflows (e.g. content discovery, compliance learning, peer sharing)  Scale systems across schools and divisions  Build Alignment Across a Complex System  Work across:  Policy (HQ divisions, curriculum planners)   Operations (schools, teacher networks, AST)  Engineering & design teams  Senior leadership (DDX, CIO, etc.)  Bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces so that:  Teacher needs, policy goals, and technical constraints align   Cross-agency initiatives (e.g. LEARN, MOE’s learning system) move toward shared outcomes, not fragmented systems  Shape the Future of Teacher Learning  Help define what “good” looks like for AI-enabled professional learning:  Push for evidence-based product decisions (e.g. measuring reduction in search time, improvement in learning uptake)   Introduce new paradigms (e.g. just-in-time le
