We design and deliver digital platforms that power visitor experiences and enable SCB stakeholders with the insights and tools needed to operate effectively. By combining technology, data and product thinking, we create engaging digital experiences and data-driven capabilities that strengthen science education, enhance visitor engagement and support better decision making across the organisation. [What you will be working on]   We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of visitor-facing digital products at Science Centre Board. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem discovery and solution design through to delivery, optimisation, and continuous improvement. Working closely with business stakeholders, designers, and technology vendors, you will shape and deliver digital products that enhance on-site visitor engagement and deepen the learning experience. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with Science Centre Board stakeholders to align product direction with organisational priorities. Serve as the primary liaison between the product squad and senior leadership, providing updates on product strategy, progress and outcomes. Product Strategy, Ownership and Leadership Define and drive a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Science Centre Board’s organisational goals. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the product, from problem discovery and solution design to delivery, optimisation and continuous improvement. Own product outcomes by ensuring the product delivers measurable value to users and supports Science Centre Board’s strategic objectives. Lead product squad(s) to deliver on the product vision and drive its adoption. Product Discovery Conduct visitor research, competitor benchmarking and stakeholder workshops to uncover high-value problems and opportunities worth solving. Evaluate and prioritise potential solutions based on user value, technical feasibility and strategic alignment, and recommend the best options to SCB stakeholders. Product Validation Lead proof of concept and proof of value initiatives to validate product ideas, assess technical feasibility and demonstrate business value.
