You will be instrumental in shaping product strategy, driving execution, and ensuring the successful adoption of technology solutions that serve the public good. As a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with Customs’ mission and user needs. Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. Project Management: strong understanding on managing project integration, scope, time, budget, quality, communication, risks, procurement and stakeholders. Product Requirements Gathering & Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders (business and technical) to conduct market (G2B and G2G) research, as well as gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements. Translate complex user needs into clear, actionable plans, user stories and specifications. Product Lifecycle Management: Own all the works involve in the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to launch, iteration, and end-of-life planning. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, engineering, design, data, policy, business process and technical operations teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related matters. User Centric Focus: Champion a problem-solving user-centric design approach, working with product designers to create intuitive and impactful product experiences. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), OKRs, track product performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement and optimization. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate (written or orally) product updates, progress, and challenges to various stakeholders, including senior management and external partners. Agile Development: Lead and participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and foster an agile mindset within the team. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the product development process. Technical Scope: Strong understanding of software development processes, modern cloud-based web technologies, platforms, testing, onboarding, interfaces and data in complex IT enterprise environments.
