We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead our product team. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, ensure market fit, and deliver exceptional value to our customers. As a Senior Product Manager specializing in Regulatory Licensing at GovTech, you will lead the development and enhancement of digital products that streamline and modernize regulatory licensing processes for government agencies and citizens. You will be instrumental in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver efficient and user-centric solutions. [What you will be working on]   Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for regulatory licensing platforms and services, from discovery and ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. Conduct thorough user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities within the regulatory landscape. Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and technical feasibility. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, legal, policy, and operations teams to drive product development and ensure successful delivery. Engage with government agencies, industry stakeholders, and citizens to gather feedback, validate solutions, and foster adoption. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic impact and resource availability.
