Description
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on Senior Product Manager to build and grow AI-driven consumer products across Raptive’s network. You will lead the development of consumer features embedded across thousands of publisher websites, as well as consumer mobile and web apps that turn one-time visitors into engaged, returning users. Raptive’s network brings together trusted independent publishers, distinctive content, and large consumer audiences. As AI reshapes how people discover and engage with information, we have an opportunity to create stronger direct relationships between consumers and creators. You will turn that opportunity into simple, beautifully designed products that deliver clear user value and grow through engagement, retention, and word of mouth. We’re starting with food—helping people discover, organize, and act on trusted content from leading creators. But our ambition is broader: to build valuable consumer products across a range of verticals represented in Raptive’s publisher network. What you'll do - Build and launch consumer products: Lead products from early discovery and prototyping through launch, learning, and iteration across embedded publisher experiences, standalone web products, and mobile apps. - Create compelling user value: Develop a deep understanding of consumer needs and identify the problems and use cases that can support lasting, habitual engagement. - Champion exceptional design and UX: Partner closely with design and engineering to create intuitive, cohesive, and highly polished experiences across platforms. - Drive consumer growth: Own the product levers behind acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and referral. Establish clear measures of success and use experimentation to improve them. - Set the product vision: Translate consumer insight, Raptive’s publisher-network advantage, and business opportunities into a focused strategy and actionable roadmap. - Build a scalable foundation: Develop capabilities such as identity, search, recommendations, and personalization that can support our initial food experience and expand into additional verticals over time. - Use AI thoughtfully: Identify opportunities for AI to create differentiated consumer value, while using AI-assisted tools and workflows to accelerate product development and learning. - Empower publishers and creators: Build products that give consumers meaningful utility while helping publishers deepen audience relationships and participate in the growth of the broader ecosystem. The experience and skills you'll bring to the job - Proven consumer-app experience: A hands-on track record of building, launching, and improving consumer-facing mobile and web products. - Demonstrated growth ownership: Experience materially improving consumer outcomes such as activation, engagement, retention, or organic growth—not simply shipping features. - An entrepreneurial mindset: Comfort moving from ambiguity to action, testing assumptions quickly, and doing what is needed to find product-market fit. - Strong product and design judgment: A high bar for usability, product craft, and visual experience, along with the ability to collaborate deeply with designers and engineers. - Deep user orientation: A habit of grounding decisions in user research, behavioral data, experimentation, and a clear understanding of the value being created. - Strategic and systems thinking: The ability to create a coherent experience across platforms while building foundations that can support multiple products and verticals. - Agility and curiosity: Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment and enthusiasm for using new technologies, including AI, to improve both the product and the way it is built. Experience with content discovery, search, recommendations, personalization, creator ecosystems, or multi-sided platforms is a plus. An interest in food is welcome, but deep food-industry expertise is n
