This role sits at the intersection of Platform Integrity & Protection area (PAA) and the Accounts teams, partnering closely with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security, Compliance, and Core Platform teams. Together, these teams define how accounts are created, structured, secured, and governed across Klaviyo. Please note this role requires 5 days/week in our Boston office.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy across Platform Integrity & Protection (PAA) and Accounts.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role responsible for shaping how Klaviyo:
Protects customer accounts and prevents abuse
Models accounts and organizations at scale
Supports enterprise, compliance, and multi-entity use cases
Builds platform tools that unlock self-serve capabilities and scalable workflows for stakeholders across the entire business
You will serve as the single-threaded product owner across these domains, ensuring that decisions around security, identity, and account structure are made cohesively, not in silos.
How You’ll Make a Difference
Own and drive product strategy and roadmap across Platform Integrity & Protection and Accounts
Define and evolve Klaviyo’s account and organization model to support enterprise scale and complexity
Lead initiatives focused on account security, authentication abuse prevention, and risk mitigation
Partner deeply with IAM to align authentication, authorization, and identity systems with account modeling
Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Legal, and GTM teams to meet regulatory and enterprise requirements
Align multiple engineering teams around shared data models, platform capabilities, and security posture
Define and track metrics for account security, abuse prevention, and platform health
Enable other product teams by building shared frameworks (e.g., permissions, lifecycle hooks, settings systems)
Drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders on tradeoffs between security, usability, and scalability
What You’ll Work On
Building a unified account model that supports multi-brand, multi-entity customers
Developing a scalable anti-abuse platform with consistent enforcement across channels
Improving account lifecycle management, from creation through closure
Strengthening platform security and risk detection capabilities
Reducing friction for customers and internal teams through clearer account and org experiences
Who You Are
You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform, infrastructure, or security domains
You have experience working on account systems, identity, permissions, or data models in B2B SaaS
You are comfortable operating in technical problem spaces and partnering closely with engineering
You have experience driving cross-team alignment and influencing without direct authority
You can balance short-term execution with long-term platform strategy
You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining structure in complex environments
