Description
About the role: As a Senior Product Manager, Patient Experience you can expect to ship into production at major health systems, work at the AI frontier with real clinical constraints, and operate cross-functionally with engineering, ML, clinical, design, and partner-facing teams. What you will do: Patient Experience You'll own the products patients touch directly: AI-guided conversations that help people describe symptoms, understand their options, and get routed to the right care at the right urgency.   Own the roadmap and end-to-end patient journey for PatientGPT, our AI-powered care navigation and triage product deployed across major health systems — from first unauthenticated visit through triage, routing, and follow-up, across web and mobile Define how AI-driven conversations should behave: what the product asks, how it explains itself, when it escalates, and how it earns trust from people who may be anxious, sick, or skeptical Partner with clinical, design, and ML teams to translate clinical safety requirements into product experiences Use conversation data, funnel analytics, and session-level research to find where patients get stuck, confused, or lost  What we’re looking for: 4+ years of product management experience shipping consumer or B2B2C software; at least one product you owned end-to-end from ambiguity to launch Experience with AI/ML-powered products — you understand non-determinism, know why evals matter, and can reason about model behavior as a product surface Strong analytical fluency: you can pull your own data, define your own metrics, and won't wait for an analyst to tell you what's happening Exceptional written communication — your docs create alignment instead of requiring meetings to explain them Comfort operating in regulated, high-stakes environments Client-facing experience: comfortable presenting to and negotiating with external stakeholders — in our case, clinical, operational, and executive leaders at partner health systems — and holding your ground while staying open to being wrong Bonus: Healthcare or health tech experience — clinical workflows, EHR integrations, or regulated care delivery environments  Experience building conversational AI or chat-based products  Consumer growth experience: funnels, activation, conversion, and retention Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation, prompt design, or model behavior testing Benefits & Perks:  #LI-Hybrid Hybrid work schedule with weekly lunches and stocked fridges  Monthly social committees for company events 18 vacation days, 9 company holidays, 5 sick days, and 2 personal days  Stock options for every full-time employee  Paid parental leave 401k benefit Commuter Benefits  Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance options  Compensation: $150,000 — $200,000 USD Who We Are:  Behind every leading health system is K Health’s AI-powered virtual care engine.  Esteemed health systems like Mayo Clinic, Cedars-Sinai, Mass General Brigham, Hackensack Meridian Health, and Hartford Healthcare partner with K Health to build and run modern primary virtual care clinics on their behalf.  Our deeply integrated model modernizes the primary care loop by using AI to put humans first. For our patients, we offer clinical AI (i.e., PatientGPT) and unparalleled access to close care gaps around the clock. For our Providers, we deliver provider-serving agentic solutions (i.e., Perfect Note) to eliminate administrative overload and burnout. And for the health systems, we deploy our top-grade Virtualists in AI-powered virtual clinics 24/7 to capture the patients' care journeys at step one, retain the journey through the system for longitudinal care, and strengthen profitability.   We’re founded in 2016, headquartered in New York City, and backed by nearly $400
