Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager II to serve as the driving force behind our most critical "0-to-1" initiatives. This is a high-impact individual contributor role designed for a product leader who thrives in discovery and excels at execution. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, defining product-market fit, and leading cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle – from initial concept to successful launch and initial scaling. This role is designed for an innovative, experienced, high performing individual contributor who is ready to act as a mentor to other PMs and a strategic partner to executive leadership. You will be a "force multiplier," raising the bar for product excellence across the entire organization. About this team The Retention team within RevX (Retention, Ecommerce, and Bold.pro) is focused on maximizing long-term customer value by building experiences that keep users engaged and continuously supported throughout their career journey. We own the post-conversion experience, creating products and touch points that connect resumes to jobs, expand into ongoing career tools, and evolve into a richer professional identity. Operating as a highly experimental and data-driven team, we leverage rapid testing, personalization, and lifecycle strategy across the product to drive engagement and lifetime value, sitting at the intersection of product, growth, and user experience to deliver meaningful impact at scale. What you'll do Drive Strategic Discovery: Lead cross-functional teams in conducting deep-market research and user discovery to identify untapped opportunities. Rapid Hypothesis Validation: Define and test core product hypotheses using MVPs, rapid prototyping, and "painted-door" tests to identify "lethal risks" early. Product Strategy Architecture: Synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data into a cohesive strategy, defining the North Star metric and initial roadmap for the initiative. Business Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Legal to design GTM strategies and partner with Finance to project long-term unit economics and scalability. Mentorship & Culture: Serve as a mentor and coach to more junior Product Managers. Lead by example in product craft, communication, and strategic thinking, effectively leveling up the team around you. Operational Excellence: Codify the frameworks, tools, and processes that allow the company to launch new products predictably and repeatedly. Executive Influence: Make high-stakes "Go/No-Go" recommendations to executive leadership based on evidence and market signals. What you'll need  8+ years in Product Management , with at least 3 years specifically focused on 0-to-1 product development or startup environments. Proven track record of launching a new product or significant business line that achieved measurable market traction. Experience operating at an advanced level, demonstrating the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders. Ambiguity Mastery: You thrive in environments where the path forward is not defined. Technical Depth: You can hold your own in architectural discussions and understand how technical trade-offs impact business agility. Lean Methodology: Expert-level knowledge of experiment design, rapid iteration, and "failing fast." Storytelling: The ability to communicate a compelling vision that inspires both your team and your investors (internal or external). What's good to have Founding Product Manager experience at a startup. Experience working in the jobs, career, or HR tech industry.
