Role Overview
Housecall Pro is in the middle of redefining what it means to run a service business from a mobile device . As the lead FinTech Mobile Product Manager, you will be at the center of this evolution, leading a team who are shaping the next wave of FinTech growth at HCP.
As a Senior Product Manager I, you are responsible for driving continued expansion and implementing requirements to drive stratospheric growth of HCP Products. You work daily with our engineering and design teams, and other stakeholders to define the right backlog, structures, and frameworks to modernize legacy experiences, introduce net-new capabilities, and push the boundaries of what mobile/AI can unlock for businesses. move us rapidly forward. Our agile product team is a tight-knit group of inspiring individuals that deliver excellently crafted software experiences and rapidly ship new products. You will help guide us along the right path, balancing business and customer toward world-class results.

What you do each day:
Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy for the mobile experience
Conduct in-depth interviews, surveys, and competitor research to stay ahead of mobile trends
Enhance how our customers are introduced to our products through continuous experimentation and funnel optimization
Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders to develop and validate compelling mobile solutions
Co-create event models and user flows to capture insightful data across iOS and Android
Partner with business and go-to-market functions to refine product positioning, pricing, and risk management
Create, update, and communicate the product roadmap to ensure alignment with company objectives
Drive the execution of building features and functionality while maintaining momentum across groups
Create measurement plans to monitor feature adoption and usage post-launch
Rapidly develop product iterations based on data-driven insights and Pro feedback
Qualifications:
4+ total years of experience in product management, 2+ years of experience in mobile product management
Champion AI/mobile-first practices and scalable agile processes to unlock speed, alignment, and craftsmanship
Leads with an AI-first product development process to accelerate and amplify outcomes, specific experience with agentic development and shipping AI products preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Experience working with mobile ‘growth stack’ tools (i.e
