We're looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead a greenfield (0→1) product initiative, taking ownership from concept through to launch and scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys building products from the ground up. The Role As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving product strategy, execution, delivery and go-to-market initiatives. You'll work closely with engineering, design, commercial and leadership teams to build innovative fintech solutions that solve real customer problems. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a 0→1 product initiative from discovery through launch and ongoing growth. • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives. • Own product delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and timely releases. • Translate customer and market insights into product opportunities and prioritised features. • Partner closely with engineering, design and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches. • Monitor product performance using data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. • Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to overall business strategy. Requirements: • Fluent Arabic and English communication skills. • Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate. • Significant Product Management experience, including proven experience within fintech. • Previous experience working in a startup or high-growth environment. • Demonstrated success launching and scaling products from 0→1. • Strong ownership across product strategy, execution, delivery and go-to-market. • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer needs and business outcomes. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Highly analytical, data-driven and comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments. • A track record of delivering high-impact digital products that create measurable business value.
