Description
ZEAL Network SE is a leading international provider of online lottery products, operating for over 20 years with brands like LOTTO24 and Tipp24. As Germany's largest digital lottery operator and a trusted partner of Spain's ONCE, we are passionate about shaping the future of lottery experiences. Freiheit+ is one of ZEAL's new German state-licensed social lottery that gives participants the chance to win €5,000 every month for 15 years, plus a one-time prize of €250,000. Every ticket sold supports educational projects, with at least 30% of proceeds directly funding initiatives for a good cause. Freiheit+ perfectly combines the dream of lifelong financial freedom with the opportunity to make a real difference, reflecting ZEAL's commitment to offering innovative, socially impactful lottery experiences. As our Senior Product Manager , you will own the end-to-end growth and retention strategy, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term loyalty. You will focus on maximizing customer lifetime value through funnel optimization, conversion improvements, and the development of features that enhance subscriber retention and engagement. Working in a fast-paced, product-led environment, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, operating with an entrepreneurial mindset to continuously improve the subscriber experience and accelerate business growth. Your tasks: • Own our digital conversion funnel end-to-end, supporting performance and brand marketing to acquire new customers, running continuous A/B tests on landing pages and checkout flows to minimize drop-offs. • Design and scale features built for a recurring business model including churn prevention loops, subscription loyalty drivers, and upsell flows. • Combine quantitative analytics with qualitative research to reduce uncertainty, analyze user behavior via Google Analytics, Tableau dashboards, and those data trends through user interviews and surveys. • Lead a dedicated agile team (engineering, UX/UI, user research, data analytics), maintaining high alignment, high velocity, and clear data-driven goals. What you offer us: • Proven track record of taking an existing digital product, optimization framework, or core feature set and scaling it significantly. Exceptional leadership skills to steer and cooperate with cross-functional stakeholders, marketing teams, and developers. • Deep understanding of Abo (subscription) mechanics, recurring revenue loops, and retention strategies. A candidate should have a genuine heart for the user and know how to build delightful, habit-forming digital experiences that keep subscribers engaged between lottery draws. • Hands-on experience mapping out frontend event tracking requirements and utilizing tools like Google Analytics or Amplitude. • Highly capable of leveraging both quantitative data and lightweight qualitative research to validate trends, eliminate uncertainty, and uncover the real "why" behind user behavior. • Experience managing or steering native iOS/mobile app development is a strong plus as we would like to create our Freihiet+ mobile app. What we offer you: • A modern, dynamic culture grounded in the success of a leading-edge e-commerce company. • A talented team of ambitious, like-minded colleagues where your knowledge and ideas truly make an impact. • Ongoing personal growth, supported by an annual development budget of €1,500 to invest in your professional development. • Trust and autonomy, no micromanagement, just confidence in your ability to deliver and excel. • Flexible work options with a hybrid setup focused on results. • Unlimited vacation days in addition to your yearly 30-day vacation allowance. • Opportunity for workations abroad using our WorkFlex tool. • Monthly mobility allowance of €30 to use on the mobility option of your choice (e.g., the Deutschlandticket), plus access to a company bike leasing program. • Company pension scheme, provided in partnership with Degura, to support your future financial security. • Subsidized EGYM WELLPASS membership, with a contribution of only €25 per month, giving you access to a wide range of gyms and sports options across Germany. • Monthly company events, team activities, and informal gatherings, including our popular company-wide lunches provided four days a week. Not ticking every box or think you've got that unique set of skills we haven't realized we need? Get in touch anyway, we're always looking to add great people!
