Ensure solutions are production-ready by working with engineering, architecture, security and operations on non-functional and run requirements (security, performance, supportability).
Product Delivery & Execution
Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data/QA, operations) to deliver iterative releases while maintaining service continuity for critical operations.
Prioritise work based on impact to productivity, service levels, compliance/audit needs, and user value.
Run key product rituals (e.g., refinement, sprint planning support, demos) and keep documentation current (PRDs/user stories, release notes, operating procedures as needed).
Process Transformation & Operational Efficiency
Redesign and digitise end-to-end workflows (e.g., grants processing, licensing approvals, case handling), reducing manual effort and cycle time.
Simplify complex business rules into scalable product and system design, balancing usability, contr
