About the Role
SERHANT. is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to lead the evolution of internal and agent-facing technology platforms that power operational efficiency, advisor workflows, onboarding, automation, and service delivery across the organization.
Reporting directly to the Director of S.MPLE, this role will own product strategy from discovery through launch and iteration, partnering closely with engineering, design, operations, and brokerage stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong product intuition, technical fluency, operational thinking, and a deep understanding of how to translate complex business challenges into simple, effective user experiences. This individual should be comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, balancing long-term product vision with day-to-day execution, and making informed prioritization decisions across competing initiatives.
This is a highly cross-functional role suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and can independently drive products from concept to adoption.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Ownership:
Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business priorities, operational goals, and user needs
Partner with leadership to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, scalability, adoption, and user experience across internal platforms
Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through launch, iteration, and optimization
Balance short-term execution needs with long-term product strategy and platform scalability
Establish and monitor product success metrics tied to adoption, operational impact, and workflow efficiency
Product Discovery and Prioritization:
Conduct user interviews, workflow analysis, and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify pain points and product opportunities
Translate operational challenges and business objectives into clear product
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, user value, technical feasibility, and organizational goals
Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for engineering teams
Validate product ideas through testing, experimentation, analytics, and user feedback before broader implementation
Cross-functional Leadership and Execution:
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, automation teams, and design partners
Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination in partnership with engineering leadership
Remove blockers, facilitate decision-making, and ensure teams remain focused on high-impact deliverables
Communicate product priorities, timelines, tradeoffs, and updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
User Experience and Operational Optimization:
Champion intuitive, user-centered product experiences that simplify workflows and improve advisor productivity
