What You'll do
• Product Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Birdeye’s growth objectives.
• Roadmap Development : Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business impact and data analysis.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Data analysis : Conduct user research and leverage data analytics to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
• Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
• Metrics and Reporting : Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on product performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success and track record in enterprise SaaS products
• 6+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience interfacing with customers, defining requirements, designing product solutions, driving product vision, managing product backlog Experience with project management and software development processes and tools.
• A successful candidate will be highly analytical, a great communicator, and able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization.
