What You'll do • Product Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Birdeye’s growth objectives. • Roadmap Development : Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business impact and data analysis. • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch. • Data analysis : Conduct user research and leverage data analytics to gain insights into user behavior and preferences. • Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions. • Metrics and Reporting : Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on product performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
