Description
A career that’s the whole package! At Conga, we’ve built a community where our colleagues can thrive. Here you’ll find opportunities to innovate and support growth through individual and team development, all within an environment where every voice is heard. Conga lines up commercial operations so companies run as connected, smarter businesses. By unifying the people and processes that drive commerce, Conga aligns pricing, quoting, contracting, rebates, and communications so teams stay in sync and buyers keep moving forward. The result is trusted decisions, consistent buyer experiences, and profitable growth. More than 10,000 customers worldwide, including over 50% of the Fortune 100®, trust Conga when commercial complexity is high and global impact is on the line. Senior Product Manager About the Role Conga is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Rebate Management solution — a mission-critical product serving enterprise customers in distribution, manufacturing, and CPG who manage complex, high-stakes trading-partner programs. This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role. You'll define what gets built, why, and how it wins in the market — working across a complex web of accrual models, program structures, and settlement workflows, and translating that complexity into a product that is both commercially differentiated and operationally excellent. What You'll Own Define and maintain a clear 3-month, 6-month, and 12–24 month roadmap, balancing near-term customer commitments against strategic product investments. Own the full rebate object model — from program configuration and accrual logic through payment request and settlement — and drive continuous improvement across that lifecycle. Build deep domain expertise in rebate and channel-incentive workflows, including volume-based, growth, tiered, and multi-level program structures. Partner with engineering to shape the backlog, prioritize trade-offs, and deliver iteratively in an agile environment. Translate customer pain — from CS escalations, implementation feedback, and direct discovery — into well-scoped, high-impact product requirements. Work with PMM to position Rebates competitively, support analyst briefings, and shape go-to-market narratives. Define and track product-health metrics: adoption, accrual accuracy, settlement cycle time, and customer-retention signals. Represent Rebates cross-functionally — aligning with Pricing, CPQ, and Data Platform PMs to deliver coherent, integrated commercial workflows. What You Bring Required 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS. Demonstrated ability to own complex, data-intensive products end-to-end. Strong discovery instincts — you know how to separate what customers ask for from what they actually need. Clear, confident communication with both technical teams and executive stakeholders. Experience in agile/Scrum environments with distributed engineering teams. Highly Preferred Direct experience with rebate management, channel incentives, trade promotion, or adjacent financial-workflow products. Familiarity with enterprise distribution, manufacturing, or CPG customer environments. MBA or equivalent business/analytical background. Experience in a post-merger or PE-backed SaaS environment where speed and prioritization discipline matter. How You Think and Work You hold a clear point of view on the product and defend it with evidence, not just consensus. You're comfortable in the ambiguity of complex accrual logic and financial reconciliation workflows without losing sight of the user. You build trust with engineering by being a precise, reliable partner — not a requirements factory. You're energized by the gap between where a product is and where it needs to be. You move fast, document clearly, and don't wait for perfect inform
