Description
The Role
LettrLabs is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our software platform end to end — lead generation, automations, design, attribution, and the integrations that connect it all. Strategy and roadmap are set with our CEO and CTO; you turn that direction into shipped, high-quality product on a predictable cadence, backed by rigorous process. We are an AI-native company that has leaned hard into AI to do the heavy lifting across product work, and this role is built for someone who has already used AI to move faster and wants to push it further here.
This is a hands-on execution role first — you’ll own the backlog, write the stories, run the sprints, and ship side by side with engineering and design. As you earn it, there’s real room to grow into shaping what we build. We’re hiring a builder, not a founder.
Why Join Us
High-ownership environment with real scope from day one and room to grow fast
Own our entire software platform, with surface area and impact hard to find at this stage
A high-velocity, high-clarity team with no unnecessary bureaucracy
Path to leadership as the company scales — the people who execute here become future leaders
Competitive compensation with meaningful equity upside
What You Will Own
Own the backlog and delivery process across the platform: well-formed user stories, clear acceptance criteria, a groomed and prioritized queue, and a predictable shipping cadence
Partner daily with engineering and design to ship high-quality features at speed, unblocking decisions fast
Drive product across all platform pillars: lead generation, automations, design, attribution, and integrations
Run product delivery end to end against an agreed roadmap: discovery, specification, build, launch, iteration
Translate customer needs and GTM feedback into concrete, scoped work, then close the loop on outcomes
Define and track success metrics, analyze adoption and retention data, drive measurable improvement
Exercise sharp prioritization judgment within the roadmap, making the right tradeoff calls on scope, sequence, and effort
What You Bring
5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
Mastery of the fundamentals — user story writing, backlog hygiene, sprint planning, agile delivery — tested directly in the interview
Formal grounding in product craft and process, with a demonstrable track record of shipping (able to walk through features taken from backlog to launch)
Strong understanding of technical systems, APIs, and integrations — enough to speak credibly with engineers and scope realistically
Skilled at partnering relentlessly with engineering on slicing decisions, respecting technical constraints and full end-to-end implementation
Excellent communication, able to align engineering, design, and GTM around clearly defined work
High agency and follow-through — owns outcomes and drives things to done
Fluency with AI as a force multiplier, with a track record of using it to write, prototype, analyze, and ship faster
Comfort with an evolving tool stack (currently Asana, Confluence, Figma) and an instinct for leverage over tool loyalty
Nice to Haves
Hands-on experience with Claude Code and Claude Design
Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier)
Experience building third-party integrations at scale
