Position Summary:
At Miovision, we are engineering the future of smart transportation, but to keep our app business moving at top speed, we need a highly strategic Senior Product Manager to take the wheel. Reporting directly to the Product Director of App Services, you will navigate the complex intersections of our detection, performance, and traffic optimization portfolio. We are looking for someone who can see through the fog of domain ambiguity, mapping out a clear route that transforms vague market needs and intangible user behaviors into concrete solutions. You will be the driver shaping our industry—shifting our products out of the slow lane of basic data visualization and accelerating into automated optimization. If you are ready to steer our software and hardware ecosystem to solve real-world infrastructure challenges without hitting a gridlock, green means go!
Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Own the Strategy: Take full accountability for the success and adoption metrics of your product area, looking beyond immediate feature sets to define how our software and hardware seamlessly integrate.
- See the Future: Predict 1-2 year industry shifts, initiate de-risking projects today, and distill massive market complexity into a crystal-clear "North Star" for your team.
- Master the Economics: Proactively design solutions that address the "cost of scale." Pivot strategies to drastically reduce deployment friction and improve unit economics across your entire product line.
- Turn Ambiguity into Action: Take ill-defined problems within the detection and optimization space, evaluate highly variable factors, and guide them toward compelling, actionable solutions with high-conviction business cases backed by a robust 12-month roadmap.
- Establish Discovery Rhythms: Build a permanent rhythm of discovery to inform your long-term plans. Ensure your team builds with absolute conviction by validating the "riskiest assumptions" first.
- Leverage AI & Data: Define exactly how AI and complex data insights can transform the user experience, transitioning our offerings from reactive data visualization to automated, predictive optimization.
- Make High-Stakes Decisions: Spearhead major innovations, architectures, and key business decisions where the consequence of error is severe. Direct product investments based on a deep understanding of market-wide economic trends and P&L goals.
- Shift the Culture: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and play a pivotal role in shifting the organization toward a culture that is inherently Product-Led and Sales-Supported.
- Align and Mentor: Build formal networks with key industry executives. Suc
