WHO ARE YOU?     Proven experience building and leading digital products from concept to execution, with a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and transactional models.     You possess the influence and negotiation skills required to manage external payment providers and fintech partners, ensuring mutually beneficial, high-performing collaborations, as well as internal vertical stakeholders.     You’re adaptable and can pivot smoothly when priorities shift based on business results and help your team navigate changes with steadiness.     You combine vision with pragmatism: You have the ability to translate a 5-year vision into clear, actionable short-term wins that keep the momentum going.     High professional-level fluency in English: You effortlessly manage internal stakeholders, translating complex technical constraints to business leaders and aligning business objectives with engineering realities. WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?As our Product Manager for the Payments Team, you own the core transactional experiences that define our marketplaces. Your main objective is to lead the team in building the best transactional and payment solutions as a foundational core layer. You manage the balance between ambitious forward-thinking strategies and continuous, value-driven software delivery Your Day-to-Day & Key Projects:     Lead the continuous development of our new digital wallet and accelerate the cross-border scaling of our escrow solutions beyond Norway into our other Nordic markets.     Evaluate and direct negotiations with major external payment vendors and financial partners to optimize our capabilities.     Guide a dedicated squad of developers and UX designers, contributing to a structured, psychologically safe, and high-performing team culture.     Interface closely with leadership across our commercial verticals to ensure the payments roadmap directly facilitates broader business goals. What success looks like in 6 months to one year:     You have built deep trust with the product team, smoothed out cross-location collaboration dynamics, established a consistent short-term delivery cadence, and assumed ownership of key external partner relationships.     You have seamlessly scaled the payment/escrow solutions across multiple Nordic markets and established a sustainable, predictable product delivery structure that bridges long-term vision with operational realities.
