Key Responsibilities: Analysis and Problem Solving Takes full responsibility for analysis, scoping and requirements capture (technical, business and customer) for complex systems or products. Advice given will have a significant impact on the quality, effectiveness and reusability of the system or product. Produces high-quality PRDs, scope documents, process flows, capability maps, decision records and requirement artefacts that support estimation, solution design, delivery planning and customer sign-off. Provides logical ideas and options through independent thought and collaboration with others to solve complex challenges. Works with customer and AWLS Stakeholders at all levels to obtain input and formal agreement, contributing to negotiations and managing competing priorities where necessary. Takes full responsibility for ensuring that AWLS software meets customer needs and supports their business processes. Works with customers where necessary to refine their business processes to align product features with their organisation. Captures operational workflows, exception handling, reconciliation needs, reporting needs and support processes for complex lottery environments. Expertise and Guidance Works with lottery customers to solve problems and ensure that AWLS products are implemented successfully to meet business objectives. Acts as a product expert for complex lottery and operational systems, balancing player, retailer, operator, operational, financial and regulatory needs. Product Strategy Significantly contributes to the strategy of specific products and services, producing artefacts and presenting material to gain support from senior stakeholders. Stays informed on industry trends, competitor capabilities, and market successes to enhance our strategic positioning. Showcases our products and conducts product presentations to existing customers and stakeholders. Analytical thinking to evaluate both quantitative and qualitative factors in the cost-benefit analysis. Ideation, Innovation and Research Identifies knowledge gaps and conducts or initiates research (business, customer or data analysis) to better understand Lottery customer or player needs.
