Description
Your mission
As Senior Product Manager, you own a strategic product domain within our sovereign collaborative workspace — including its direction, customer value creation, data performance, and measurable business impact.
Guided by our vision to shape tomorrow’s sovereign collaborative workspace, you translate product strategy into clear priorities, data-informed decisions, and delivered outcomes that strengthen adoption, retention, and customer trust.
You operate as a Product Manager with full end-to-end accountability — from discovery and strategic framing to backlog ownership and delivery alignment with Engineering, UX, and Go-To-Market.
You are responsible for customer impact, product performance, and data-driven value creation within your domain.
What You Own
1. Product Strategy & Customer Value Ownership
• Own the strategic direction of your product domain in alignment with overall product vision.
• Translate company and portfolio strategy into a focused, customer-centered roadmap.
• Establish clear value propositions for your domain and ensure they are reflected in delivered features.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion.
• Ensure your domain contributes meaningfully to our positioning as a sovereign, trusted collaboration platform.
You ensure your product area is value-led — not feature-led.
2. Customer Centricity & Insight Integration
You are the owner of customer understanding within your domain.
• Integrate structured customer feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and Support into roadmap decisions.
• Ensure qualitative insights and behavioral data inform prioritization.
• Strengthen feedback loops between enterprise customers and product development.
• Validate hypotheses through structured discovery and rapid iteration.
• Maintain deep empathy for regulated and enterprise customer needs.
Customer centricity is not a phase — it is embedded in every decision you make.
3. Product Data & Performance Ownership
You are accountable for the data performance of your product domain.
• Define and monitor domain-specific KPIs (adoption, engagement, retention, feature usage).
• Use product analytics and customer data to guide prioritization and iteration.
• Ensure clear visibility of business impact within your domain.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to maintain reliable, compliant analytics structures.
• Balance data-driven decision-making with sovereignty and compliance requirements.
You ensure your product area is not only innovative — but measurable and accountable.
4. Discovery, Requirements & AI-Supported Product Development
• Translate customer problems and strategic objectives into structured requirements.
• Leverage generative AI tools to refine user stories, detect inconsistencies, and assess potential impact.
• Use AI to accelerate discovery, documentation, and experimentation.
• Ensure requirements are clear, validated, and aligned with customer value.
• Apply AI responsibly, with awareness of governance and compliance implications.
You focus on defining the right problems — not just delivering solutions faster.
5. Backlog Ownership & Prioritization
• Own and continuously prioritize the backlog of your product domain.
• Make informed trade-offs based on customer value, business impact, and feasibility.
• Ensure Engineering teams focus on the highest-impact initiatives.
• Balance short-term improvements with long-term product evolution.
6. Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality, compliant releases.
• Align with UX to guarantee intuitive, consistent user experiences.
• Support Go-To-Market teams in positioning and rollout of new capabilities.
• Ensure shipped features translate into real adoption and measurable impact.
7. Product Experience Excellence
• Safeguard a coherent and intuitive user experience within your domain.
• Collaborate with UX/UI to reduce complexity and improve workflow clarity.
• Ensure consistency across modules and integration points.
• Contribute to scalable design principles and system coherence.
Your goal: deliver an experience that builds trust and reduces friction.
