Translate complex customer and business problems into simple, intuitive workflows that drive real usage. Partner with Product, customers, and internal stakeholders to identify the right problems and rapidly test assumptions. Define and evolve the product architecture, data model, and technical patterns to support fast iteration and long-term scalability. Use AI tools and workflows deeply to accelerate development while maintaining a high bar for quality, reliability, and judgment. What Success Looks Like Launch a product that customers adopt and love; improve customer workflows through intuitive, high-impact features. What We're Looking For 4+ years of software engineering experience building customer-facing products. Strong product judgment, customer empathy, and the ability to simplify complexity. Strong full-stack product engineering skills and the ability to work across the stack. Experience shipping 0→1 or early-stage products in ambiguous environments. Fluency with APIs, data models, SQL, and AI-augmented development workflows. Bonus Experience building AI B2B SaaS, workflow, planning, or decision-support products.
