Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Developer to join the Reebok team in Watford. Reporting to the Head of Product and Sourcing Manager, you will play a key role across men's and women's apparel, managing product development from concept through to bulk production across in-house and SMU collections, while ensuring quality, critical path, and supplier coordination are delivered to a high standard. Main Responsibilities Will Include: • Manage product development across menswear and womenswear categories from concept through to bulk production. • Collaborate closely with Design, Sourcing, and Production teams to ensure products are delivered on time and to the required quality standards. • Create and maintain measurement charts, tech packs, line lists, and product development documentation. • Communicate daily with Far East suppliers regarding product development, timelines, approvals, and costing queries. • Attend fit sessions and manage fit comments, amendments, and sample approvals across all development stages. • Review and approve lab dips, print strike-offs, embroideries, trims, and PP samples before production. • Support critical path management, ensuring all calendar deadlines and key milestones are achieved. • Oversee sample management, product uploads, supplier portal administration, and production-related approvals. Person Specification: • Minimum 5 years' experience in apparel Product Development across sportswear, activewear, or athleisure. • Strong understanding of garment construction, fit development, technical fabrics, and performance apparel. • Experience working with Far East suppliers and managing end-to-end product development processes. • Highly organised with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple seasons simultaneously. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a proactive, detail-focused, and collaborative approach.
