You will work in a dynamic collaborative team in our  Munich or Berlin offices. Our work format is hybrid, and we meet in the office 2-3 a week.   What You’ll Do   Set and maintain a high bar for design craft, creating intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences across web and mobile Take end-to-end ownership of key product experiences, from discovery through delivery and iteration Use data not just to validate decisions, but to identify problems, evaluate trade-offs, and continuously improve the user experience Contribute to strategic product decisions and help shape the future of AutoScout24's customer experience Champion user-centered design practices and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Content Designers, and other designers Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across our products Constantly challenge yourself, explore new ideas, and look for opportunities to improve our products and ways of working Be an active contributor to our design community by sharing knowledge, giving feedback, and helping raise the quality bar What You Bring   5+ years   of in-house experience as a   Product Designer   working on digital products A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, from discovery to execution, with measurable user and business impact Experience designing for complex digital products across web and/or mobile platforms Strong understanding of interaction design, usability, accessibility, and visual design principles Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities, inform decisions, and measure outcomes Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams A critical eye for high-quality design and a passion for continuously improving the user experience Experience mentoring less experienced designers and contributing to a strong design culture Experience defining product goals, identifying opportunities, and making design decisions that balance user needs with business impact A culture of growth      With over 50 nationalities represented, we’re proud to welcome people of all backgrounds to our growing community, and we’re always finding new ways to help people feel welcomed and included.
