Join our team of product designers passionate about creating user-centered mobile and web applications. As a Product Designer, you’ll tackle complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, easy to use interfaces. You will have the opportunity to utilise the full range of your product design skills and work alongside a great team of people. We work as part of cross-functional teams located in Greece, London, Austria and Chicago. Key Responsibilities Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces utilising the latest UI and UX trends. Design end to end flows and experiences within an area of responsibility, on time and to the expected level of quality and fidelity Conduct exploratory user and stakeholder interviews and usability testing sessions to gather evidence and requirements Prove designs, hypotheses, and recommendations through the use of data or validated evidence (where possible), and provide rationale for decisions Identify objectives and appropriate metrics to evaluate the performance of design solutions Use the most appropriate methodology, processes & tools to design, validate and deliver Present a range of recommendations for design solutions to stakeholders, articulate the reasons that bring you to a specific recommendation, and the considerations Work closely with Product Designers, UX Researchers, product managers, business analysts, engineers and QAs Work with subject matter experts and colleagues outside of own team to understand the viability and feasibility of solutions Pair closely with UX Researchers to identify and suggest areas for user testing, ensuring research insights and UX deliverables informed design decisions across teams. Own and oversee the evolution of scalable Design Systems across web and native platforms, acting as a gatekeeper for consistency in user experience, visual language, and interaction patterns while ensuring alignment with platform-specific conventions and UX best practices. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support successful implementation, accessibility compliance, documentation, and adoption across products and teams.
