We are looking for a Senior Product Counsel to take central legal ownership of product compliance across inDrive's products, features, and market operations. This role sits at the intersection of regulatory compliance, product development, and commercial strategy — serving as the embedded legal-product partner to Product, Engineering, Regional Operations, and the Business Model & Monetization functions. The Counsel covers the full breadth of core Product Compliance work — from translating regulatory requirements into actionable product requirements, through new-market launch readiness and ongoing market monitoring, to platform rules and app-store compliance — with a particular emphasis on the transactional and commercial dimension of inDrive's business: monetization features, payment flows, business-model initiatives, and the user-facing terms that govern them. How the role works with specialists. On highly specialised matters (e.g. tax, privacy, or jurisdiction-specific regulatory questions), substantive guidance originates from expert colleagues. The Counsel partners with those experts, translates their guidance into clear product requirements, and drives them through to implementation — while independently owning the broader product-compliance and commercial-legal analysis.
