Job Title: Senior Product Consultant (MWM) Grade: 23 Salary: £57,737 - £86,605 Location: Peterborough, UK – On-site 5 days a week Benefits: • 25 days annual leave •  Up to 12% bonus •  Contributory pension scheme – Caterpillar will double the employee's contribution up to 10% • Contributory share scheme – Caterpillar will match 50% of the employee's contribution • Optional flexible benefits including access to health and dental care plans, EV car lease, holiday purchase For our „ EAME-CIS Power Solutions Development “ department, we´re looking for Your responsibilities as part of our team: • Act as a subject matter expert for our product and service portfolio, supporting go-to-market activities and sales initiatives • Deliver product demonstrations, customer consultations, and seminar sessions to consultancy firms, customers and external stakeholders • Analyze customer needs, product performance, and operational efficiency to identify opportunities for business growth and continuous improvement • Gather customer and consultant’s feedback and market insights to support product enhancements and new product development initiatives • Present and participate at industry conferences and be an active member of several industry societies • Manage and continuously improve marketing technology tools and systems to drive business performance and customer engagement • Partner with cross-functional teams to define priorities, align timelines, and develop the marketing technology roadmap • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and customer requirements to support strategic decision-making and growth opportunities Your profile – what you should bring: • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver value-driven solutions • Experience translating customer needs into effective business and technical recommendations • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with sound decision-making abilities • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Proven ability to collaborate, negotiate, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to resolve complex challenges through practical solutions • Very good German and English language skills (C1 level).
