Senior Process Engineer  - Food & Beverage BSI Engineering, based in Cincinnati Ohio, provides comprehensive engineering, design and project management services for industrial manufacturing clients. Your Role at BSI Our Process Engineers design safe, sanitary, and economical manufacturing processes for clients in the food & beverage industry. We support a wide range of operations — including dairy, beverages, prepared and packaged foods, ingredients, snacks, and consumer products — converting raw ingredients into finished goods. In this role, you'll design food & beverage manufacturing processes that balance product quality and food safety, sanitary design, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and cost benefits. To support collaboration, mentorship opportunities, and effective project execution, BSI Engineering has adopted a hybrid work schedule in which employees are in the office a minimum of three days per week.
