The Senior Principal, Technology Upskilling & Enablement will serve as the regional lead responsible for driving AI awareness, engagement, upskilling, and emerging tech innovation across DTCC's India offices. This role will act as the bridge between enterprise AI strategy and local execution, ensuring employees, leaders, and teams are equipped to effectively leverage AI technologies to enhance productivity, innovation, and business outcomes. The role will partner closely with business leaders, HR, Learning & Development, and technology teams to build AI capabilities, foster a culture of continuous learning, and accelerate responsible AI adoption throughout the region.
