This is a hands-on consulting engagement focused on driving cross-functional execution, executive visibility, and governance across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate thrives in complex, matrixed organizations and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to strategic initiatives.

• Support executive stakeholders by preparing concise updates, dashboards, presentations, and decision materials.
• Maintain portfolio-level visibility across workstreams, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Establish governance processes, meeting cadences, action logs, and project reporting.
• Partner with senior leadership to solve complex business challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Drive execution by ensuring projects stay on track and stakeholders remain aligned.
• Must have significant experience in program management, portfolio management, strategic operations, consulting, or business transformation.
• Experience supporting executive leadership within large, matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to distill complex information into executive-ready updates and recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
