Their approach goes beyond media buying—we optimize the entire customer journey through creative strategy, experimentation, offer testing, landing page optimization, and full-funnel performance analysis. We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Lead to become the strategic leader of our paid media function. This person will not only manage large advertising budgets but also lead and mentor our team of Media Buyers, driving performance across the entire funnel. The Role This is a senior leadership role for someone who thinks beyond Ads Manager. We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing professional who can lead media buyers, own acquisition strategy across multiple brands, and understand how out-of-platform metrics influence profitable growth. You'll partner closely with Creative, CRO, Analytics, and Leadership teams to build scalable growth systems while coaching the media buying team to consistently improve performance. This role is ideal for someone who has already managed significant monthly budgets, enjoys mentoring others, and understands that the biggest growth opportunities often come from improving the entire customer journey—not just campaign settings. What you'll do Paid Media Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Media Buyers. Establish best practices, testing frameworks, and operational processes. Review campaign performance and coach buyers on scaling strategies. Improve overall team performance and accountability. Build a culture of experimentation and continuous learning. Multi-Channel Paid Media Strategy Own paid acquisition strategy across: Meta Ads TikTok Ads AppLovin Emerging paid acquisition channels You'll oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and scaling across multiple eCommerce brands managing significant monthly ad spend. Full-Funnel Growth Strategy Success isn't measured only by platform metrics. You'll optimize the entire acquisition funnel by partnering with Creative and CRO teams to improve: Landing Pages Offer Testing Funnel Structure Customer Journey Creative Testing Frameworks Conversion Rate Optimization New Customer Acquisition Budget Management & Forecasting Manage monthly advertising budgets of $150K–$250K+ per brand Allocate spend efficiently across channels Forecast revenue and acquisition performance Build scalable growth plans Identify opportunities for profitable expansion Performance Analysis Go beyond ROAS. Analyze business performance using metrics including: MER Blended ROAS CAC CPA LTV Contribution Margin Revenue by Funnel Stage New Customer Revenue AOV Conversion Rate Understand how media buying impacts the overall business—not just platform performance. Creative Strategy Work closely with Creative Strategists to: Develop winning creative angles Build testing roadmaps Analyze creative fatigue Improve hooks and messaging Scale winning concepts Align creative production with performance goals Client & Stakeholder Management Lead strategic performance calls Present reports and business insights Translate complex data into actionable recommendations Build trusted relationships with clients and internal leadership Systems & Process Improvement Build scalable experimentation frameworks Improve internal documentation and SOPs Standardize reporting processes Create repeatable systems for growth and knowledge sharing What Success Looks
