Role Requirements: • Performance Testing 3+ years’ experience • Strong Agile QA experience, Scrum/Kanban knowledge • Performance monitoring tools (LoadRunner, Visual Studio, JMeter) • Creating and executing performance tests • Monitoring and reporting on application behaviours and understanding what metrics need to be collected • Windows-based Client-Server experience • SQL Server • Hands-on automation experience and strong concept knowledge of automation frameworks • C#/Java/VB.Net working programming knowledge desirable • Selenium Webdriver • Computer science/mathematic/engineering related degree desirable • Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with engineers and non-engineering stakeholders Desirable: • Security Cleared • Consultancy background • ISTQB Foundation Certificate • Matric (Grade 12) Qualification Certificate Market-leading salary & benefits
