About Eucalyptus
We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long-term care.
Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness.
Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
Our Growth Story:
Supporting patients living with obesity across our 5 markets
Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS
Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada.
About the Role (What you’ll be doing)
As a Senior People Partner, you’ll be a strategic advisor, trusted challenger, and operational leader - enabling high-performing teams to thrive. You’ll work directly with business leaders to shape culture, grow capability, and drive people decisions that are commercially sound, context-aware, and grounded in care.
You'll partner across two core areas:
Strategic Partnership:
Coach for Impact: Partner with leaders to understand their goals, challenge assumptions, and influence stronger, more deliberate decisions. Support them to lead with clarity, confidence, and consistency.
Build Leadership Capability : Equip leaders to have the right conversations, especially when expectations aren’t being met. Drive accountability and shape approaches to performance, reward, and recognition that are fair, consistent, and aligned to business goals.
Resolve Complex Issues : Provide expert, context-aware guidance on nuanced people matters, including underperformance, complaints, employee disputes, and visa requirements, across multiple markets.
Think Two Steps Ahead : Anticipate business shifts, identify risks and opportunities early, and shape workforce strategy and planning accordingly.
People Operations and Enablement:
Use Data to Influence : Bring clarity through metrics. Use insights to support planning, performance management, compensation, and engagement.
Improve What We Own : Continuously iterate on our People Systems, and Processes — making them clearer, leaner, and more scalable.
Deliver at Scale : Own or support the delivery of key people programs, including performance and remuneration cycles, engagement initiatives, audits, and other critical touchpoints - ensuring they land with consistency and impact.
