What You'll Do Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding. Prepare employment contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various recruitment channels and sourcing strategies. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver a positive recruitment experience. Prepare HR reports and recruitment analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Organize and support employee engagement initiatives and People & Culture programs. Foster positive relationships with employees and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture. Support other People & Culture initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with hands-on experience in tech recruitment . Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously across different functions. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools is an advantage. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks independently. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
