The role is about: Our Partnerships Team is growing! We're seeking a driven and strategic Senior Partnership Manager to join our team. You’ll play a key role in acquiring and managing high-impact partners that enhance payabl.’s capabilities and market reach. What you will do:   Strategic Partner Acquisition & Development: Lead the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of high-value partners, including orchestration platforms, ISOs, PSPs, and technology providers. Develop and execute strategic partnership plans that align with company growth objectives. Advanced Commercial Ownership: Lead negotiations for complex partnership agreements, design innovative commercial models (incl. commissions), and ensure profitable, scalable collaborations across multiple regions. Executive Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic, high-level relationships with key partners, acting as a trusted advisor and executive point of contact. Influence decision-making at partner organizations. Integration Strategy & Oversight: Collaborate closely with product and tech leadership to oversee smooth and scalable integrations, ensuring partner solutions deliver measurable business impact. Strategic Sales Enablement & Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead joint go-to-market initiatives with key partners, develop enablement programs, and provide strategic training and product guidance to ensure partners can effectively position and sell our solutions. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to drive partner-led growth opportunities. Global Market Expansion: Identify and execute opportunities for geographic expansion and new verticals, developing innovative partnership strategies to grow the company’s footprint. Industry Leadership & Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings. Serve as a thought leader to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the ecosystem. Partnership Performance & Revenue Growth: Monitor partner performance, define KPIs, and drive initiatives to increase revenue, client acquisition, and transaction volumes through the partner network. Team Mentorship & Internal Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior partnership managers, support knowledge sharing across the team, and contribute to the development of best practices in partnership management. What we need: Fintech & Payments Professional – 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles within fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial services. Partnership Pro – You understand the B2B partnership lifecycle—prospecting, onboarding, relationship nurturing, and commercial growth. Tech-Aware & Curious – You’re confident discussing APIs, integrations, and product roadmaps with both partners and internal teams. Strong Negotiator – You’re experienced in commercial negotiations and know how to create win-win outcomes. Globally Minded – Fluent in English (other languages a plus), with the ability to work cross-culturally and adapt to local market dynamics. Self-Starter & Collaborative – You work independently, but know when to bring others on board to drive results.
