Legend Biotech is seeking Senior Organizational Development Manager as part of the Human Resources team based in Somerset, NJ.
Role Overview
The Senior Organizational Development Manager, US is a strategic role responsible for driving initiatives that enhance the organization effectiveness and performance and sustainable growth. This position focus on assessing the organization’s structure, processes and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborates closely with business leaders and HR teams to design and implement global programs and initiatives that enhance organizational performance and implementing strategies for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
Organization Design & Effectiveness
Lead organization design efforts aligned to strategic priorities, including:
Operating model design.
Role clarity, decision rights, and spans & layers.
Workforce planning and capability alignment.
Change Management & Transformation
Design and lead change management strategies for enterprise or function‑level transformations.
Apply structured change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci, or equivalents).
Support leaders through high‑impact change moments (reorganizations, strategy shifts, M&A integration).
Measure change adoption and effectiveness using leading and lagging indicators.
Leadership & Team Effectiveness
Design and deliver leadership development solutions aligned to business strategy and culture.
Support executive and senior leadership teams in:
Team effectiveness.
Leadership behaviors and decision effectiveness.
Culture and engagement.
Help build a strong leadership pipeline through capability frameworks and assessments.
Performance & Promotion & Internal Movement
Translate cultural aspirations and values into observable behaviors and systems.
Lead policy design and process execution of organization and individual performance management, goal alignment, and accountability mechanisms.
Lead policy design and process execution of promotion management, internal movement.
Support initiatives to improve employee engagement, inclusion, and organizational health.
Organization Review &Talent Review
Design and partner with HRBP to execute organization review and talent review.
Conduct or introduce tools of talent selection.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Define success metrics for OD initiatives (leading and lagging indicators).
Track impact and continuously refine approaches based on data and feedback.
Contribute to the evolution of OD tools, frameworks, and intellectual capital.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
