Here at Version 1, we are looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Time & Labour (OTL) and Absence Management to join a high-impact transformation programme.
As this is a hands-on, client-facing role , you will lead design, configuration, and delivery while guiding clients on best practices and ensuring successful adoption of Oracle HCM solutions.
In addition, you will:
• Lead client workshops (process, design, configuration, test & validation)
• Advise clients on best practices for adopting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
• Own and deliver system configuration aligned to business requirements
• Conduct design playback sessions, demonstrating solution capabilities
• Produce clear functional documentation, workbooks, and design artefacts
• Build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
• Drive training and coaching for both client users and internal teams
• Provide functional leadership and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle
You will have expertise within:
• Oracle Cloud HCM – Absence & Time and Labour (OTL)
• Proven experience across multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Hands-on experience with:
• Fast Formula configuration
• Experience implementing:
• Onboarding journeys and approval workflows
• Strong capability in running workshops and leading solution design
• Experience creating high-quality functional documentation
• Ability to design and deliver user training (key users & end users)
