Description
Job Title: Senior Operations Manager / Chief of Staff Location: Remote (occasional light travel required) Reports to: CEO Compensation: $30,000 – $50,000 per year About the Company A fast-growing Amazon growth agency helping consumer brands scale and dominate their categories on Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces. The company is expanding its services, launching new ventures, and building the CEO's personal brand. Role Overview We are seeking an operations manager to act as the CEO's right-hand and operational partner. This role focuses on turning the CEO's ideas and vision into structured execution plans, managing multiple projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business. You will also serve as the CEO's executive representative — attending meetings, making decisions, and driving outcomes on their behalf. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, AI-proficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial e-commerce environment. Requirements Must-Haves: • Proven experience driving business growth through marketing, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition — with measurable results • Advanced AI proficiency — must be a builder of AI workflows and automations, not just a consumer. Should be able to teach the CEO, not learn from her • Startup, agency, or scale-up experience — has thrived in fast-paced environments wearing multiple hats • Highly proactive and self-directed — sees problems and independently delivers solutions • High energy, driven, and genuinely excited to build, create, and grow • Strong organizational and project management skills • Comfortable managing up — can contain a visionary CEO's energy and keep things on track Nice-to-Haves: • CSM (Client Success Management) experience • Amazon or eCommerce industry knowledge • Experience managing ad campaigns (Meta, Google), funnels, or email sequences • CRM management experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) • Experience building and leading small teams Benefits Candidate Profile Highly proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented Strong organizational and project management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms, AI-assisted workflows) — AI fluency is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have Experience in e-commerce, DTC brands, or Amazon-related businesses strongly preferred Able to manage both operational leadership and executive support responsibilities Comfortable representing the CEO in meetings and acting as a decision-making proxy Flexible schedule — willingness to work weekends when needed Compensation: $40,000 – $50,000 per year Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Flexible, with weekend availability as needed)
