As we continue our rapid growth across the Nordics, we are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to become a part of the leadership team at our expanding Campus N01. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a growing operation, lead highly skilled technical teams, and directly influence the reliability, safety, and performance of critical infrastructure supporting customers around the globe. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of an operations team, ensuring industry-leading uptime, safety, and operational excellence. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational ownership in an environment where performance truly matters. What you’ll do: As our Senior Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will be: Lead critical operations Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to our operations teams. Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of critical infrastructure systems. Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. Champion operational excellence across all activities and processes. Safety, compliance and risk management Lead HSE initiatives and maintain a strong safety-first culture. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, customer requirements, and company policies. Support internal, customer, and external audits. Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation measures. Incident and emergency management Lead technical incident response and escalation activities. Coordinate rapid recovery efforts to minimize business impact. Conduct root cause investigations and drive permanent corrective actions. Strengthen campus emergency preparedness and resilience. Budget, performance and continuous improvement Manage operational budgets and facility-related expenditures. Monitor and report key KPIs, including uptime, energy efficiency, maintenance performance, and operational risk. Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and service delivery. Support long-term operational planning and campus growth initiatives. Who are you? You are a reliable and structured leader who thrives in technically demanding environments. You value safety and enjoy solving complex challenges. With strong communication skills and a proactive mindset, you contribute to continuous improvement and secure operations. What you bring: Minimum 5 years of operational leadership experience within data centers or comparable mission-critical environments. Proven expertise in managing critical facilities, with hands-on experience overseeing daily operations, performance, and reliability. Higher education in engineering or a related technical discipline. Extensive relevant operational experience may compensate for formal education. Strong technical understanding of key systems, including electrical power distribution, cooling/HVAC, fire protection, and building management systems (BMS). Demonstrated commitment to HSE, with a proactive approach to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in a Scandinavian language is considered an advantage. Eligibility for security clearance. Why join us? We're not just operating data centers.
