Who We’re Looking For: To be successful in this role, you’ll possess the following qualifications and experience: • A proven track record as a Senior Mortgage Advisor or Senior Mortgage Broker in the financial services industry. • A full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. • A demonstrated history of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in mortgage sourcing software and CRM systems. • A valid driver’s license is desirable.
