Description
We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Meta Ads Media Buyer to join our growing team and lead a variety of client projects across different industries. In this role, you'll manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Meta’s extended network — driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness through data-driven strategies, full-funnel execution, and high-impact creatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
• Set up automations and workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), etc.
• Conduct audience research and build detailed targeting strategies
• Collaborate with creative/design teams to build and test ad creatives
• Track and analyze campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, etc.)
• Continuously optimize campaigns to meet or exceed ROI goals
• Conduct A/B tests on ads, audiences, placements, and landing pages
• Provide performance analysis and actionable reports
• Stay up to date on Meta’s algorithm updates, ad policies, and best practices
• Work closely with content, design, analytics, and product teams
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads
• 1–2+ years of experience with international markets, especially the U.S.
• Proven success managing ad budgets of $10,000+/month
• Proficiency in designing and editing creatives using graphic design tools
• Strong knowledge of tracking, pixel setup, retargeting, and funnel strategy
• Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), etc.
• Fluent in English and Russian (C1–C2 level) — written and spoken
• Comfortable working remotely and available during EST/PST hours
What We Offer
• Fully remote, full-time role (35+ hours/week)
• Competitive hourly rate
• Opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across different industries
• Long-term collaboration with growth potential
• Performance-based bonuses
