Description
AA Euro Group are currently seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a well established main contractor with a strong pipeline of large scale residential developments across the Dublin area. The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will take full commercial responsibility for the MEP packages on major residential projects, working closely with project teams, design consultants, and specialist subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role offers a high level of autonomy, exposure to flagship developments, and a clear progression path within a growing commercial team. Key Responsibilities • Full commercial management of MEP packages from pre-construction through to final account • Preparation and management of budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts • Procurement of MEP subcontractors, including tender analysis and contract negotiations • Valuation of subcontractor works, assessment of variations, and agreement of final accounts • Management of cost reporting and monthly commercial reviews • Close collaboration with Project Managers, Engineers, and Design Teams • Risk and value management to maximise commercial performance • Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial procedures Requirements • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management or equivalent • 7+ years experience in a Quantity Surveying role, with strong MEP package exposure • Previous experience working for a main contractor on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, procurement strategies, and contract administration • Experience with standard forms of contract (e.g. RIAI / JCT) • Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment What`s on Offer • Highly competitive salary and package • Long-term pipeline of Dublin-based residential projects • Career progression to Commercial Manager level • Supportive and well-structured commercial team • Strong work-life balance relative to project scale
